The Whistleblowing System is designed to prevent, correct or prevent the recurrence of misconduct. This is done by providing the workers, etc. with an independent Contact Point which can be used when he/she detects an act that violates (or is likely to violate) laws and regulations or Company Regulations, yet cannot expect it to be resolved through standard internal procedures.
