The commercial component consists of a unique 12 000sqm shopping mall, with anchor tenants Pick ‘n Pay, Dischem, and Intercare. On the first and second floor levels are 3 000sqm office space , a gymnasium and 92 upmarket apartments all located around roof terrace gardens. Secured parking and storage units are provided at basement level.
The residential component, known as Kings Village, consists of 33 single residential units with a separate secure entrance within this development.
F-2352SC ceiling speakers were used as well as SC-615MBS horn speakers. The horn speakers were modified according to the BS-5839 standard which calls for a ceramic block for the wiring terminals and a thermal fuse.
PC-1867FC ceiling speakers were used.
